How does a 90 minute Overe® Energy Clearing Session work?

THE POWER OF INTENTION

​If you can feel, sense or imagine life being different to how it is now, you are already connecting to the field of infinite possibilities...that potential life and version of you already exists within the quantum field.  

 

At the beginning of each session, we spend time exploring the core of your desire. We will create the precise intentional code of ""if you could feel/believe/embody this...", then everything would change."

 

We are creating an energetic cord between your current state and your true potential.

RELEASING & CLEARING

​

Once your intention is set, we will move into the clear ~

Through the art of questioning, muscle testing and talking directly to your subconscious, we will get to the root cause of your blocks. We will find what emotions are entangled in your energy body and how they're influencing current feelings, thoughts and behaviours.

You will be lovingly held and supported to release dense energy, emotions, and beliefs at the deepest level. We may use use natural alchemical tools such as movement, sound and breath to support the release.

You will feel safe and deeply seen for your highest evolution and who you truly are.

Once we have cleared these blocks, we have the space and fertile soil to land and anchor your new way of being.

RECALIBRATING & REWIRING

One of my favourite aspects of this work is that it isn't just about clearing, it's about the understanding that if we want to live in a new way, we need to rewire a new way on all levels of our being ~ our thoughts, feelings, beliefs, behaviours and actions. 

​

You will feel elevated and clear to step into and reclaim a new way of being. We will envisage this together and channel integration exercises and action steps to support your embodied shift.
